I arrived around 1-2 am and they waited to accomodate me which was superb experience. The room is average and would appear to be like hostel instead of hotel which is totally fine because I stayed here as it's super close to bus station. It's like 5 cartwheels and you're there 😊

Excellent location to both bus stations of Chiang Mai. We checked in late from our bus ride and was welcomed by a friendly receptionist. Left the accoms for breakfast on the street ourside Arcade, then caught our morning bus to the next destination. Very comfortable stay, except the toilet was a little old, especially the sink.

Perfect locations for the bus terminal just over the road. We stayed here for 1 night as a stopover in between bus journeys. The property is clean and comfortable. The area isn’t touristy and there isn’t much going on but there’s enough food options a short walk away.

Convenient location. A few motorcycle rental shops. Barber shop and massage parlours. Good local food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Convenient shops and pharmacy.

It’s right next to the bus station and not too far from the airport, so great for onward travel. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. There are shops and food in walking distance. We were also pleased to be able to check in later since our bus got in late and they’re very responsive when you message.

We only stayed a night here as we were traveling somewhere else - the room is comfortable and the hotel is located a couple minutes walk to the bus station, ideal for transfers.

We only stayed for one night. It was conveniently located a one minute walk to the bus station. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and kind.
